मध्य प्रदेश (Madhya Pradesh) सरकार माताओं और बहनों के लिए विशेष रूप से कार्यरत है, फिर चाहे वो लाडली बहना योजना *(Ladli Behna Yojna) के माध्यम से हो या फिर छात्राओं के लिए सेनेटरी नैपकिन (Sanitary Napkin) के लिए राशि वितरित करने की पहल हो.  बता दें एमपी देश में पीरियड्स के दौरान सैनेटरी पैड उपलब्ध कराने वाला पहला राज्य बना.  प्रदेश के मुखिया की इस पहल की सराहना अब यूनिसेफ ने भी की है.
